As one of the most popular sneakers in the Swoosh’s arsenal, the Nike Air Max 90 boasts a healthy roster of styles for all preferences. Recently, the silhouette appeared in a mix of “Midnight Navy” and “Flat Pewter” color scheme.
The base layer opts for a clean “White” finish, but seemingly favors a less breathable material than traditional mesh. Panels laid atop the aforementioned layer deviate in both materials and color palette. Cracked leather around the forefoot and along the mid-foot opts for a dark grey finish that includes the titular navy tone. Components around the tongue boast a series of different hues that complement their surroundings. The profile swooshes and mudguard further dip into a two-tone arrangement, but their finishes introduce non-standard textures to the iconic Air Max shoe. Underfoot, the sole unit keeps things familiar, although the traction takes on a recycled construction that helps the brand’s “Move to Zero” initiative.
Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, as you wait for a nike.com launch.
