The Air Jordan 1 High Element GORE-TEX Returns With Hits Of Black And Olive Green

The Air Jordan 1 High Element GORE-TEX Returns With Hits Of Black And Olive Green

The Air Jordan 1 has gone from performance basketball sneaker to lifestyle icon over the last 38 years. As such, the silhouette has been reworked to better suit its casual use.

Over the last handful of years, Team Jumpman introduced iterations like the Element GORE-TEX, a water-resistant version of the original Air Jordan. Nubuck and nylon materials come together across Peter Moore’s design in a familiar, but updated way. “GORE-TEX” text are stamped onto the lateral heel, marking the sneaker’s protection against the elements. The pair also features an experimental, “deconstructed” aesthetic that works well with the toughness of the Element GORE-TEX makeover. Underfoot, the outsole opts for a partly transparent finish that increases grip in tough conditions.

Enjoy product shots of the black, olive, and blue-colored pair ahead, while you wait for firm nike.com launch details.
