The Nike Air Force 1 Sculpt Wipes Up “Violet Dust” Accents

The cut-out Swoosh featured on the Nike Air Force 1 Sculpt has bent a titular hand to the women’s-exclusive construction, dressing the typically neutral backdrop in a disparate array of tinctures. Recently, the high-top model assumed a palette of purples ideal for the springtime season.

While the recent variation of the Bruce Kilgore design has only been around the block a short while, the Beaverton brand continues its inclusion of vibrant neutrals gracing silhouette, seen here enacting a near-clad composition across its tumbled leather upper, tongue construction and laces. While a complimentary Off-White midsole compliments the latter, the real indulgence comes from the heavily worn suede which surrounds the heel counter while an equally undone nylon fills the sock liner and medial side of the tongue in “Violet Dust”. Collecting the muted purple across its tread underfoot, the cut-out Check leaves behind a Swoosh-sized chunk of “Rush Fuchsia” leather.
