First rumored in early November 2022, the Air Jordan 2 “Cement Grey” has finally surfaced via official photography from the brand.
Akin to the most recognizable styles of Michael Jordan’s second signature sneaker, the upcoming retro features a predominantly “White” finish. Smooth and scale-like leather panels share the upper, with grey rubber components arriving at the spine. TPU heel structures around the rear inject an “aged” accent into the mix, with the nearby sole unit reverting to a mostly clean arrangement. The Air Jordan‘s made-for-basketball outsole brings various shades of “Cement Grey” underfoot, keeping the shoe versatile. Lastly, sockliners feature graphics of the Chicago skyline borrowed from campaign imagery from the days of the Air Jordan 1, accompanied by “Look, up in the air” messaging.
Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead. The shoe is currently expected to drop via Nike SNKRS on Saturday, May 6, for $175 USD.
