Ahead of summer, the “retro-futurist” model emerged in a cool “Arctic Grey” and “Steel” color scheme. Mesh bases and their bevy of suede overlays opt for different shades of blue, allowing leather panels in-between to deviate in cool grey. Profile “N” logos deliver a shimmering finish that’s complemented by a number of other matte components across the New Balance shoes’ upper. Tops of tongues indulge in blue suede goodness, while the cushioning solution protruding at the heel introduces an icy, semi-translucent touch into the mix. Underfoot, the aggressive sole unit dons “Arctic Grey” and “Steel” touches to complete the fresh, cool look.
