Michael Le A lot has changed since the NMD was first introduced. Over the course of many releases and collaborations, the “NOMAD” has evolved dramatically, with the NMD S1 boasting a design drastically distinct from its earliest predecessor. And though it hasn’t been long since the model’s debut, it, too, is currently undergoing some tweaks, borrowing inspiration from the Copa Football Boot for not one but four different colorways.
This adidas NMD S1 is but one of said pairs. And in contrast to its counterparts, which are predominantly dressed in neutrals, the colorway here highlights its Copa-inspired upper in “Ice Mint.” The midsole and its trefoil-covered bottom tonally follow suit, while the Primeknit exposed along the instep and collar complement in shades of grey.
