Updated October 4th, 2023: Action Bronson reveals a second colorway of his upcoming New Balance 1906R collaboration.

New Balance is placing a gargantuan amount of star power behind the 1906R in 2023. From COMME des GARÇONS and Aimé Leon Dore to the recently revealed Salehe Bembury collaboration, the late-90s reminiscent tooling was recently seen via the feet of Action Bronson in Paris.

Sporting a bright royal blue Patrick Ewing Knicks jersey while on-stage at the New Balance Paris Fashion Week party, the Queens native simultaneously gave us our first look at his first take on the NB 1906R. Dawning a similar vibrant yellow palette that treated his third iteration of the 990v6, the circa 2010 silhouette contours the latter tint of the ridged base layer with lime green overlays and sunset orange mudguards. Baby blue laces compliment the citrus-infused upper while a greyscale treatment ascertains the mesh tongue, mid-foot N logo and the ABZORB cushioning system underfoot for an anchored contrast throughout.

Enjoy a first look at the latest Action Bronson x New Balance collaboration while we await further release details.

In other news, Aimé Leon Dore is continuing their connection with Jordan Brand through Spring 2024 with an upcoming Air Jordan 17 Low collaboration.
