Back in February, rumors surfaced of A Ma Maniére launching two pairs of the Air Jordan 5. Over the last five months, several unauthorized looks of the sneakers have surfaced.
Recently, the best looks yet at the “Black/Burgundy Crush/Pale Ivory” style hit social media, creating excitement amongst sneaker enthusiasts. The unreleased pair falls in line with other collaborations between James Whitner and company and Jordan Brand. The bulk of the sneaker opts for a dark-colored arrangement that sees a number of updates to Tinker Hatfield’s third design for the Air Jordan series. Traditional Jumpman branding appears on the right tongue, lace toggles, spine, and outsoles, but A Ma Maniére further cements its legacy on Michael Jordan’s signature shoe line: the brand’s name is stamped onto the visible Air unit, while its “A” logo appears on the tongue and outsole. Additionally, the mesh windows on the sides is made up of the label’s “A” logo, an achievement in an of itself.
Enjoy early looks of the pair ahead, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch come November 22nd for $225 USD.
