Sneaker News The adidas Stan Smith and A Bathing Ape have proven to be a formidable partnership in sneakers, delivering streetwear heritage via a simple package that captures both identities without compromise. Later this month, the next chapter of this collaboration is set to hit retailers, and it’s arguably its most capturing yet.
The Bape Stan Smith was a common sight in 2023, but those executions were far more subdued as it features the iconic ABC camouflage print in doses, appearing on just the heel-tab or even the gaiters for the golf pair. This upcoming version is loud and proud with the signature pattern as it covers the entirety of the upper. However, these opt for a smooth leather finish opposed to the molded leather seen in last year’s versions, achieving a more classic Stan Smith look.
