Typically overlooked in the annals of Air Max is 2017’s Vapormax Plus, a top seller for Nike that continues its run with little to no marketing by the brand. That’s because the silhouette has built up quite a reputation among its regulars, flying off store shelves on a regular basis — even at the elevated $210 MSRP.

Nike’s been re-releasing several colorways from years prior, simply due to the obvious demand of the shoe. Running parallel to that strategy are some simple, monochromatic propositions like this “Emerald” pair, that goes completely unhinged in green. We’ve seen Nike go uni-color with this model before, offering the silhouette in bold hot pinks, reds, and more.

While you won’t find these getting the spotlight on the SNKRS App or on any podcast discussion, the Vapormax Plus is interested in one thing only — putting the team on its back and bringing Air to feet. Expect these soon on Nike.com.

In other Air Max updates, here’s the latest on the Air Max Dn ahead of its grand launch on March 26th.
