Considering we’ve seen every countless colorways already, successive iterations have to add details in the margins for things to stay interesting- a prompt answered by the upcoming Nike Dunk Low “Cosmic Clay.”
It’s not a total reimagining, but some changes make this a noteworthy release all the same. A mini Swoosh towards the forefoot appears, last spotted by us on the Nike Dunk Low “Neapolitan” from February. While this shoe utilizes a similar palette to “Orange Blaze” or “Syracuse” releases, pure white isn’t the main color featured here. Instead, various shades of eggshell & beige are utilized on underlying leather panels and the midsole, drenching the model in aged detailing. Finally, the outsole swaps to burgundy, lending some valuable contrast to the still inescapable Dunk.
