Detailed Images Of The Nike The SB Dunk Low “Trocadéro Gardens”

Updated June 3rd, 2024: New in-hand images just landed of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Trocadero Gardens.” Consistent with the very first photos we got, this shoe centers on the earthy, rosy hues of one of Paris’ most scenic locations, with the architecture represented via a brushed, distressed print on selected suede panels. Select skate shops have already started receiving stock of this pair, so stay locked in to your locals if you’re hoping to pick up yours. A wider Nike/SNKRS release is likely but currently unconfirmed. Take a look at some additional detailed shots ahead, with our original coverage and first look images intact further down.

Things are at a fever pitch with regards to the Olympic Nike slate. Following a tech-focused showcase that gave us a concept Nike Wemby shoe and new models from the Nike Pegasus Premium to the Nike SB PS8, some old staples are getting love now too with a special edition Nike SB Dunk Low.

Though the familiar neapolitan colorway on display here might initially read as a non-descript, complementary palette, there’s much more at play. The shoe instead takes its shades from the Jardins du Trocadero, the historic and scenic outlook that stands across the Rhone from the Eiffel Tower. The aged architecture and iconic sunset vistas seen from the locale most heavily inform the chosen shades, with the gray/white, brown and pink all given an almost marbled texture, reflected underfoot on the outsole.

At least from initial images, the material quality is also hiked up to fit the occasion, buttery suede taking up the entirety of the upper. Though your mileage may vary on what you find the best take, it’s worth noting that the Dunk at large has minted several Olympic editions already, with the Dunk Low “Escargot” and Dunk Low “Olympics” standing out as the most direct homages.

Given this is our very first look at this pair, release details are scant. To stay locked in to the latest info, keep this page bookmarked or keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates page.

For the record, Jordan Brand is also factoring heavily into these plans- take a look at the Air Jordan 4 SE “Olympic” and the Air Jordan 6 “Paris Olympics.”
