Andrew Rizzo Unless things change drastically over the course of the next few weeks, the New Balance 550 stands to be one of the biggest shoes of the summer, yet again. The brand’s selection of new and unique colorways has evolved gracefully over the past few years, but even still, simple arrangements prove to be the most popular pick-ups.
In returning to a familiar color blocking scheme, New Balance calls in “Mauve” on a white-dominant women’s New Balance 550. The shoes are expected to release in Fall 2024 – which begins in July – adding a classy warm-weather colorway to the brand’s seasonal selection. From a materials standpoint, the upper is composed entirely of leather aside from a brief instance of mesh near the collar; a familiar sight for tuned-in sneakerheads, surely.
We’ve yet to hear of a firm release date, but the arrival of official retailer images suggests a drop is on the horizon, likely in early July.
