Black & Chrome Mark The Dancer Skateboards x Nike SB Blazer

The Danish retailer keeps it sleek & classy for their first collab.

Black & Chrome Mark The Dancer Skateboards x Nike SB Blazer

Irrespective of the heating up and cooling down of the Nike SB brand over the past few years, the connection between brick-and-mortar skate shops and the Beaverton sub-brand has never wavered. Already carrying dozens upon dozens of skate brands under their oeuvre, the roster has steadily increased with each passing season. Their next link-up is an international affair, uniting Oregon & Denmark via the Dancer Skateboards Nike SB Blazer.

In terms of the colorway here, in broad strokes it’s “what you see is what you get.” The design centers around a classic all-black leather upper, with a chromed-out Swoosh slicing through that monochromatic tonality. However, the minutiae of this shoe is where it really shines. Starting with the tongues, this pair ditches the typical tags for debossed branding, alternating between Nike SB type and their own high art stamp across each shoe. The crude emblem appears on the outsole and the heel before the special edition touches finalize on the insole, also going entirely silver on the interior.

With neither Nike nor Dancer passing down official word related to this collaboration, release details are scant at the moment. However, official images emerging is inherently a sign that a launch date shouldn’t be too far off. Either way, keep our Sneaker Release Dates page handy if this pair has caught your eye, and catch all the shots we have so far right below this.
