Kevin Durant’s Nike KD 17 will be adorning an all-pink formula under the ongoing “Aunt Pearl” saga. Made in tribute to his aunt who passed away from breast cancer, the Aunt Pearl KD series officially began its retail journey in 2012 with the KD 4. Now, the latest model joins the fray with its own elegant take on the model.

Once again employing an all-pink-everything motif, this KD 17 features a soft Pink Foam on the upper in monochromatic fashion as the base layer blends into the TPU exterior. A darker Beyond Pink shade access the accent pieces on the Swoosh, midsole, and the rubber outsole. Finally, the heel of the KD 17 features a beautiful and classy embroidered pattern of pearls, while the left shoe reads his relative’s initials in the same KD typeface.
