Friends With Animals Brings Minimalist Style To The Reebok Club C

Friends With Animals Brings Minimalist Style To The Reebok Club C

Tavia Bonetti’s Friends With Animals imprint has always taken a more unconventional approach to streetwear. On top their nature-led design philosophy, successive collections haven’t come on a seasonal basis, but instead hit the public simply when they’ve developed enough pieces for a cohesive capsule. As they look towards their first footwear collaboration on the Reebok Club C, Friends With Animals is again bucking convention, opting for a toned-down take on the tennis standard.

Clad almost entirely in shades of off-white and light grey, Friends With Animals’ take on the Club C aims at tapping into “freedom, effortless and courage,” inspired by Bonetti grounding herself by simply feeling the earth below her feet. On top of the relaxed palette, a reflective trail of leaping frogs appears at the quarter, replacing the typical Reebok tag. True to the FWA mission, the promotional materials for this inaugural collab feature a ton of forest imagery, connecting with the guiding influence of Bonetti’s love for the outdoors.

The Friends With Animals Reebok Club C first releases through friendswithanimals.online on August 30th, before a wider release hits Reebok & global channels on September 4th. Whichever drop you aim for, retail is set at $130. Get a better idea of what to expect via official product shots included just below.
