Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe Reimagined” Release Postponed To 2025

It’s time for Jordan Brand to regroup.

Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe Reimagined” Release Postponed To 2025

The Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe Reimagined”, one of Holiday 2024’s more compelling and controversial Jordan releases, has been indefinitely postponed to a later date in 2025.

Originally intended to launch on October 18th, 2024 in full family sizes, the “Black Toe Reimagined” Air Jordan 1 is no longer on the release slate, per reports by Sole Savy (and also confirmed by reliable source @MrUnloved1s). This delay comes as a surprise as several retailers have already received their stock for the upcoming release.

News of this postponement arrives not long after reports of cancellations of several other Air Jordan Retros for Holiday 2024. Given the lukewarm reception to a sneaker release with such a rich backstory, it is likely that Jordan Brand is looking to regroup and relaunch the product with more concerted marketing and storytelling efforts.

As of this update, a new release date has yet to be confirmed, but a drop will not happen until 2025.
