Sneaker News Updated November 22nd, 2024: Official images of the Paige Bueckers x Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 have been revealed; the shoes are expected to release on December 7th, 2024.
Amidst one of the greatest collegiate careers in women’s basketball history, Paige Bueckers and Nike officially announced their partnership last September during the brand’s World Basketball Festival. Now, we’re getting a first look at what’s top come from what is hopefully a long-term and fruitful partnership.
Created in a PE style format, this Nike Zoom GT Hustle 3 combines shades of light blue, white, fuchsia, and purple with a number of details that tell Bueckers’ life story. On the tongue are two three-digit numbers arranged in crossword T style; 860 is the area code of the University of Connecticut, whereas 612 points to her hometown of Edina, Minnesota.
On the heel is a text bubble “Be You, Be Great”, a message that Bueckers’ father sends her before every game. On the right shoe is her last name with a few letters scribbled and altered to read “Buckets”.
