“Bulls” Colors Drape The Jordan MVP

The championship hybrid silhouette pens a fitting ode.

“Bulls” Colors Drape The Jordan MVP

The success of the Jordan Spizike Low throughout 2024 has to be a major boost for Beaverton creatives. Hybrid silhouettes, especially within sneakerhead purist circles, were largely a punchline until the breakout lifestyle success of that recut. Can the Jumpman build on that momentum in 2025? The Jordan MVP is certainly hoping so, and as it enters the fray, it’s coming correct with a dose of beloved “Bulls” overtones.

While it’s ditched the “678” headline in the past few months, that combination is still easy to read on the silhouette, be it the jagged outsole or cut-out tongue from the Jordan 6, the triangular interruption at the quarter via the Jordan 7, or the ribbed collar and paintbrush heel counter from the Jordan 8.

Save for the Jordan 6 “Bulls” from 2010, none of the composite models dedicated to Mike’s team in this sort of way, with “Infrared” and “Bugs Bunny” editions sporting lighter reds and darker neutrals, respectively. The lack of precedent manages to let this version of the Jordan MVP thread the needle between novel style and a palette, appropriate touches of either side for a shoe with its mashup history.

The Jordan MVP “Bulls” is expected to release this Spring, retailing for $165. If this colorway has really caught your eye, keep watch for additional updates via our Jordan Release Dates 2025 landing page.
