Nike Casts Chilly “Diffused Blue” On The Air Max 90

Look for this pair for Spring '25.

Nike Casts Chilly “Diffused Blue” On The Air Max 90

There’s a number of notable birthdays in Beaverton this year: the Air Jordan 5 turns 35, the Air Max 95 turns 30. While the latter model was largely expected to be in the spotlight through December, in the early goings of 2025, it’s the Air Max 90 that has instead stepped into the fore, a trend that continues with a steely “Smoke Grey” / “Diffused Blue” colorway.

Though eventually we arrive on a cohesive profile, don’t sleep on the multi-colored aspects at work with this shoe. “Steel Grey” is the connector between each panel, but hits of aforementioned “Diffused Blue,” “Cave Stone,” off-white and jet black showcase contrasting interplay throughout. Particularly striking is the rugged suede that carries the Swoosh for this Air Max 90, adding a mixed media bend to the pair.

The Air Max 90 “Diffused Blue” is expected to release as a part of Nike’s Spring 2025 slate, retailing for $130 upon arrival. Keep our Sneaker Release Dates page handy for additional updates.

Sticking with Nike, Inc., first looks at the Jordan 4 “Aluminum” add another high-heat endeavor to the Jordan Release Dates 2025 crop.
