The Air Max 1 might not be a focal point for Nike in 2025, overshadowed in part by the Air Max 95 and Air Max Plus, but the Tinker Hatfield classic boasts a strong faction of diehards that are ready to spend no matter what the moment dictates. This “Hyper Royal” colorway is one of several expected to land Spring 2025, shown here via official images.

The upper puts a spin on OG aesthetics with black as opposed to white and grey treatments, with the mudguard, Swoosh, and tongue/heel branding all taking the titular “Hyper Royal” color. A black midsole would bring that same stealthy theme underfoot, but alas, Nike opts for a white midsole and “Hyper Royal/White/Black” outsole.
