The Nike SB Air Jordan 4 is officially set for a return in March exclusively at skateshops. After an initial release during ALL-Star Weekend at San Francisco’s DLX Skateshop, Nike SB is ready to unleash the much-anticipated sequel colorway exclusively at skateshops. Following the Jordan 4 SB “Pine Green”, these will not hit SNKRS and will be at local shops only.

Nearly a unanimous selection for sneaker of the year in 2023, and one whose hardware changes are felt on the current Jordan 4 build, the Nike SB AJ4 is getting a sequel effort in 2025. Switching its “Pine Green” edition for “Navy” tones, the shoe continues to come into a clearer view with new in-hand shots that just hit the newswire.
As we’ve covered before, the 2025 pair is essentially a palette swap of its predecessor, inserting swatches of dark blue on the eyelets, heel tab, and midsole. The skate-minded hardware is expected to stick around, including more durable stitching, increased padding, and new flexible materials on the wings and heel tab.
This new update comes in the wake of PROJECT Las Vegas, a tech-in-fashion conference where Nike SB was exhibiting. Las Vegas store owners and skate shop owners were gifted pairs of the upcoming Nike SB Air Jordan 4 “Navy.” Alongside the shoes themselves, they also went home with some one-off promotional items, including a branded Nike SB golf ball and a more faithful tribute to Sin City, a set of royal blue dice also sporting the brand’s logo.
David Toole of South Carolina’s Bluetile Skateboards is the one who provides this closer look at the shoe, sharing that his shop will be receiving the Nike SB Jordan 4 in navy. While we’ll wait for official word on the matter, this hints at a reprise of the “Pine Green” release strategy, in which skate shops were the primary way to get your hands on a pair. As of this writing, launches are expected sometime in March — retail is set at $225.
