Coco Gauff Serves Up Two New Balance Colorways For Wimbledon

Though after June we’ll only be left with baseball in terms of active big four sports, tennis fans are currently amid the heat of the calendar. As we trek through three Grand Slam tournaments in as many months, footwear brands are ramping up product centered around their signature athletes, so of course Coco Gauff’s name remains one in heavy rotation.

Nearing the one-year anniversary of her latest CG2 and entering each of the three summertime majors among the favorites, Gauff pulls from Wimbledon’s classic green to inform the design of her performance high top and its more accessible sibling, the Coco Delray. “Green Apple” hues can be felt on the tongue of either shoe and filling in the “N” branding on either side of the New Balance CG2, yet the storied air of Wimbledon aligns with the restrained tones elsewhere: both shoes utilize pure white mesh as their foundation.

While the Delray is suited for off-the-court purposes, this “Wimbledon” edition of the CG2 executes one of Coco Gauff’s core tenets with her footwear choices, allowing fans to match with her choices during these high-stake matches. We’ll have to wait until the end of June to see the US Open winner sport these on that stage, but you don’t have to wait. Both the New Balance CG2 and Coco Delray are available now, clocking in at $160 and $110, respectively. Hit the “Where To Buy” links ahead to grab yours.
