While not an official collaboration by any means, this upcoming Nike Air Max Plus is reminding us of a certain Sith Lord.

Signaling imminent danger, the toe box and tongue feature a continuous red line that can only be likened to Darth Vader’s lightsaber. Additional red placements appear on the eyelets, Swoosh logos, tongue branding, and outsole, while the rest of the sneaker matches the Star Wars villain’s iconic suit/helmet in black.

The Nike Air Max Plus “Black/Red” aka “Darth Vader” is scheduled to arrive in Japan on June 13th, but a global release date hasn’t announced yet. See official images below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview more upcoming Air Max.
