Silver Overlays Liven Up A Tan New Balance 1906R

Another strong GR colorway.

Silver Overlays Liven Up A Tan New Balance 1906R

While fresh models like the New Balance 2000 and 2010 have indeed made splashy debuts, it will take more than that to knock the New Balance 1906R off its top spot. The heritage runner remains a key part of New Balance’s continued success, often called upon for its comfort and on-trend retro aesthetic. This “Silver/Tan/Grey” colorway is the latest to hit the ‘net, shown here via official retailer images.

Every 1906R is inherently “sporty,” but the model’s modern stint has brought a slew of lifestyle-focused, contemporary makeups to shelves. This Fall 2025 release suits that distinction, taken with light tan mesh and a slightly more darker hue on the lining, midsole and N-lock logo. While aesthetically opposite on paper, metallic silver overlays do a solid job of adding intrigue. A grey TPU heel counter rounds out the highlights up top, matched by a grey outsole underfoot.

The New Balance 1906R “Silver/Tan/Grey” should release soon via newbalance.com and retailers, priced at $155. See detailed images below and hit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse more upcoming NBs.
