Andrew Rizzo The Sportswear and Nike SB versions of the Dunk Low operate on a two-way street. Just as we’ve seen basketball-inspired makeups like “BTTYS” colorways fall on the skate version, we’ve also gotten a decent amount of Sportswear Dunks that look like they’d be at home on four wheels. A prime example; this “Deep Royal Blue” SE pair slated for Fall 2025.
Brown gum soles immediately deliver some Nike SB flavor underfoot, paired with a “Sail” midsole for a slight pre-aged vibe. “Deep Royal Blue” suede overlays wrap a “Wolf Grey” leather base, complemented by white leather on the Swoosh and backtab. These look like something we’d expect out of Nike SB, only without any sort of skate-minded tooling changes of course. With that being said, as an SE release, the materials used here are supposed to be of higher quality compared to other GRs.
