Nike SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” Releases In August

Nike SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” Releases In August

At this point, it’s a well-known fact that tagging sneakers with a Nike SB label is a surefire way to bring additional eyes. The Nike SB Jordan 4 has its place in the modern canon largely because of that cross-department hybrid status, and those two gum-soled editions may now have to make room. A high-profile story since the day it leaked, the Nike SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” is now creeping towards a payoff, at last checking off official images.

With a sturdy run of early looks and (un)official previews at the hands of venerated Swoosh skateboarders, the color scheme on display shouldn’t be too much of a surprise for those tapped in. Indeed, an earthier flip on the grey gradients that the Sergio Lozano design has constantly majored in defines the sidewalls, titular “Cactus Flower” flares peer through the cushioning and down the midline, and a gum sole links to the performance bonafides.

To that end, the ’90s classic sees similar retooling to what graced the Jordan 4; increased padding for comfort and to hold up against abrasion meet an increased platform underfoot to better befit board feel. Though the Air Max 95 has had such constant motion throughout 2025 because of the “Big Bubble” retooling, sadly this skateboarding reimagining doesn’t share that touch, instead bearing the smaller cushioning unit that’s paced the catalog in the years leading up.

The Nike SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” is scheduled to release at skateshops on August 1st. A global SNKRS release is scheduled for August 5th, while US SNKRS will launch on August 22nd, 2025 for $185.
