This Nike Pegasus Premium isn’t like the rest. In a rather eyebrow-raising move, the trending runner here drops much of its branding for a more streamlined, low-key aesthetic.
We’ve come to know a handful of key text placements on the Pegasus Premium thus far, including a branded tongue, big “AIR” lettering on the medial side, and coordinates leading to the the first Blue Ribbon Sports shop in Santa Monica along the eyestay. This SP edition features none of those markings; perhaps an effort to further build shoe’s credibility as a lifestyle option with less sporty, running-focused design cues. The heel tag is also notably absent, as is “Air Zoom” on the cushioning unit underfoot. The Swoosh logos and ZoomX/ReactX text on the medial side, however, appear as usual.
While not necessarily adventurous, the colorway too breaks from tradition with black base and white tongue for stark contrast. The Swoosh logos come in “Metallic Silver,” while a subtle blue tint looms on the Zoom Air unit underfoot.
The Nike Pegasus Premium SP “Black/Metallic Silver/White” doesn’t have a firm release date yet, but we’re expecting men’s sizes to arrive Fall/Winter 2025. See official images below and stay tuned for further updates.
