With a three-pillar offense categorized into original grey gradient colorways, readily available in-line colorways, and limited-edition collaborations, the Air Max 95 flexes its biggest muscle yet with dotSwoosh’s collaborative project with Yu-Gi-Oh!.
Unlike collaborations with fashion designers and/or esteemed boutiques, the Yu-Gi-Oh! x Nike Air Max 95 touches on a piece of anime history. In the series, the Air Muscle is a fictional sneaker worn by the main character Joey Wheeler. Nike’s dotSwoosh team brought it full circle with an official collaboration with the Japanese manga.
Where Can I Buy YuGiOh Air Max 95?
The Nike YuGiOh Air Max 95 is scheduled to launch globally on September 12th, 2025. In the United States, the only retailers that will release the shoes are Nike SNKRS, BAIT (Los Angeles area), and SolePlay (Atlanta). Nike and dotSwoosh have been very selective with their release distribution, opting to drop product through stores that align with Nike dotSwoosh’ gaming initiatives.
BAIT will conduct a LIVE raffle of the shoes on Friday, September 12th. You must enter a raffle to attend the live raffle HERE. Sole Play will actually release the shoes on Saturday, September 13th at their 106 E Ponce de Leon Ave location (First Come First Serve, full details HERE).

Is the YuGiOh x Air Max 95 a limited release?
Although the number of pairs releasing are currently unknown, the Yu-Gi-Oh Air Max 95 shoes are expected to be very limited with the retailers above dropping only a few hundred pairs. Given the limited nature and high demand, the resell prices in the aftermarket are expected to be well above the MSRP of $210.
