Andrew Rizzo Updated September 18th, 2025: Eastside Golf has officially unveiled its upcoming collaboration with Nike centered around a reworked Air Max Plus G and Zoom Victory Tour 4. They confirm a release date for September 25th, 2025 through their own channels, while a wider release is confirmed for October 2nd at partnering retailers such as DICK’S.
No brand has been as important to Nike/Jordan’s budding golf shoe catalog as Eastside Golf. Founded in 2019 by Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl Cooper with the mission of championing diversity in the sport, Eastside Golf has introduced several golf-ready reimaginings of Jordan models since 2021. The brand linked up with Nike last year on an Air Max 1 and Air Zoom Victory Tour 3, and now we’re learning what’s next for the partnership.
Here we have a first look at Eastside Golf’s “Take Flight” collection, shared by pro golfer @mattkang. As outlined by the brand on its socials, the collection celebrates golf’s continued rise and evolution. The Nike Zoom Victory Tour 4 returns in a clean white-and-baby blue colorway, featuring cursive Eastside Golf branding within the Swoosh logos and a matching stitched logo on the heel.
The other half of the pack sees another Air Max icon turned golf shoe: the Air Max Plus Golf. Eastside reworks Sean McDowell’s original design with new TPU overlays that spell out “Eastside” in a groovy, ’70s-esque font. The colorway arrives in monochrome blue, pairing a light backdrop with darker overlays, while the Swoosh and midfoot plate shine with a subtle metallic finish. Gold lace tips add another premium touch, and though not pictured, Eastside Golf branding likely appears on the tongue and/or insoles. As with non-collaborative editions, the model’s defining feature is a rugged outsole built for any terrain on the course.
While not technically confirmed, the “Take Flight” pack’s use of “University Blue” ties back to Jordan Brand’s longstanding history with the color — all roads pointing to North Carolina, the home of both Michael Jordan and the Wright brothers’ first flight.
No release info for the Eastside Golf “Take Flight” collection has been announced as of this writing, but a Fall/Winter 2025 arrival seems most likely. Know that our Sneaker Release Dates page will be kept current with any and all updates.
