The adidas Samba Stays Exotic With More Leopard Print

Women's sizes land Holiday 2025.

The adidas Samba Stays Exotic With More Leopard Print

No matter where you look, the biggest sneaker brands are leaning hard into animal prints as the next big footwear trend. Nike and New Balance have both made their plays, but adidas has been the boldest in its dive into the animal kingdom. The brand scored one of the surprise hits of the year with the Cheetah Samba, a release so popular it’s already seen multiple restocks. With consumers eager for more, adidas is heading back to the jungle with another exotic take on the Samba for Holiday 2025 – this time applying the look to the long-tongue version of the soccer-turned-lifestyle silhouette.

The upper is fully wrapped in faux pony hair for a textured, premium feel. A black base sets the stage for leopard-print detailing on the stripes, eyelets, backtab, and tongue. Metallic gold eyelets add a luxe accent, while gold adidas branding hits the reverse side of the foldable long tongue. The look channels some Wales Bonner influence – both through its bold animal print and the visible stitching on the tongue and backtab, a detail often seen in Bonner’s adidas collaborations. A leather sockliner carries the leopard motif inside, while the classic brown gum sole grounds the design underfoot.

The adidas Samba “Leopard” releases Holiday 2025 in women’s sizes for $120. See official images below and check our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview more upcoming adidas drops for year’s end.
