Nike And LEGO Add A Kids’ Dunk Low To October Collection

A different sort of "brick by brick."

Nike And LEGO Add A Kids’ Dunk Low To October Collection

As two global forces, the news of the LEGO x Nike partnership was a seismic announcement once it broke. Understandably, the bulk of the pair’s shared efforts have concentrated on the younger set, though if you’re a builder yourself, nothing stopped you from putting together the LEGO Dunk set, no matter what year is on your birth certificate. With one buildable and one wearable edition already released, the LEGO x Nike Dunk is becoming a familiar face as a fresh “Brave Blue” edition hits the wire.

Much like the associated LEGO GT Cut 3, it’s an interstellar arrangement on tap for the Nike Dunk Low, functionally swapping out the usual two-tone seen on a shoe like the “Panda” for cerulean galaxy prints. In a clever detail, that’s where you see a host of co-branding elements, with 3×2 and 2×2 bricks stacking up alongside Swoosh hits. If the actual colorway itself wasn’t enough to connect to the creative company’s heritage, this collab embraces the DIY air we’ve seen frequently in inline releases as of late; consumers can convert the shoebox into a case for their actual LEGO product.

The LEGO Nike Dunk Low “Brave Blue” is due out on October 25th, retailing for $125 in GS sizing and $105 in PS sizing.
