TAG Heuer And New Balance Just Dropped A $280 Sneaker

Right on time for the NYC Marathon.

TAG Heuer And New Balance Just Dropped A $280 Sneaker

New Balance Running is approaching its biggest moment of the year: the New York City Marathon in early November, an event it’s been the premier sponsor of for nearly a decade. It’s routinely proven to be an opportunity for the Boston brand to showcase its latest running innovations — and 2025 is no different. On top of special-edition running styles you can cop now from newbalance.com, the brand has teamed up with Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer for a collaboration on the SuperComp Elite v5.

You can think of the SuperComp Elite v5 as New Balance’s answer to models like the Nike AlphaFly 3 and adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4. It’s an ultra-lightweight marathon sneaker equipped with a carbon fiber plate and FuelCell cushioning, utilizing the very best tech New Balance has to offer.

TAG Heuer’s version — the brand’s first foray into the footwear world, by our count — features a “Dream State/Midnight” colorway with eye-catching pops of green on the lining and sole. As you might expect, the sneaker is accompanied by a matching TAG Heuer smartwatch priced at a whopping $2,050.

The TAG Heuer x New Balance SuperComp Elite v5 is available now via New Balance in men’s and women’s sizes, each priced at $280 (which is standard for the model). See our Where To Buy sections below for purchase links leading directly to the New Balance website.
