Update: The JJJJound x PUMA collection is available now HERE.
PUMA and JJJJound released their first collaboration in three years with their Mostro pack this summer, but they’re not stopping there. The German sneaker brand and Montreal design studio are now reconvening for another collection releasing in the near future — this time taking on the trending PUMA Speedcat and enduringly fashionable PUMA Suede.
With respect to the Suede, the Speedcat is the real star of the show here. As we’ve seen time and again from JJJJound over the years, the brand’s influence is felt primarily through an understated yet impactful material upgrade. Offering up luxury for days, the Speedcat is presented in simple black and brown colorways featuring premium Italian leather, aptly feeding into the model’s ascension from a driving/racing sneaker to its new place on runways among other elevated settings.

The PUMA Suede, meanwhile, is presented in a premium navy blue suede colorway with a leather sock liner. Like the aforementioned JJJJound PUMA Mostro duo, the Formstrip is removed and replaced by off-white contrast stitching for a sleeker, more minimal appearance.
The JJJJound × PUMA capsule, which also includes track pants and a long-sleeve polo, releases October 16th at 9:00 AM EST via the JJJJound website and select global retailers. No pricing info has been announced as of this writing, but interested buyers should brace for MSRPs well above each model’s standard retail. See official images of all three sneakers below if you’re considering scooping these up.
