Andrew Rizzo This year’s lineup of ComplexCon sneaker drops keeps getting better and better. Joining Air Jordan 11, BBC Ice Cream, and exclusive Vans and BAPE releases is Eric Koston’s Nike SB Air Max 95, set to land in Las Vegas this weekend before hitting skate shops on November 1st.
In collaboration with Interscope Records, Koston is running a booth called “Frosties Skateshop” at the convention. There’s no official announcement on what will be for sale, but we’re expecting Koston skate gear and, for our purposes, his latest Nike SB sneaker, which appears in the teaser Koston posted in the event’s lead-up.
This marks the second Nike SB Air Max 95 to date, preceded by the “Cactus Flower” from earlier this year. Given Koston helped wear-test the model during its development, it’s fitting that he gets a pair of his own. The sneaker features a blue and yellow Michigan-esque colorway and Thai text as a callback to Koston’s background.
Again, the Eric Koston Nike SB Air Max 95 is expected to drop early at ComplexCon this weekend. A skate shop release is set for November 1st. As of this writing, no Nike SNKRS drop date has been confirmed.
