Spike Lee Debuts The Levi’s Air Jordan 3 Ahead Of 2026 Release

The venerable Spike Lee’s proclivity for Jordans has never been a secret — an affair that’s been a two-way street since the days of Mars Blackmon and the eventual introduction of the Spizike. He’s had plenty of important checkpoints along that journey, but now the Oscar winner is making his presence felt in the realm of 2026 Jordan Releases, providing our first look at the Levi’s Air Jordan 3.

As we first detailed in May, the Levi’s x Nike, Inc. relationship is set to further strengthen next year, with reports circulating that three colorways of the Air Jordan 3 will bear the San Francisco company’s trademark fashion come Spring ’26. What Spike broke out is a digestible take on the concept, coated almost entirely in selvedge navy tonality with a heavy dose of denim through the three upper panels. Additional complementary tones come in the patches of elephant print, paired with fan-favorite branding notes like a red Levi’s tag hanging from the lacestays and a Nike Air heel tab.

All told, the Levi’s x Nike, Inc. relationship has been one of fits and starts. Famously, the Air Jordan 1 that the two partners crafted in 2008 was one of the very first collaborations in the retro Jordan line, making the shoe a trailblazer in a category that would go on to define sneaker collecting at large. Case in point: a few scattered link-ups from that point culminated in the Levi’s x Air Jordan 4 capsule — three shoes that would become the most coveted of their era. With another trio gracing the Air Max 95 before pulling Kenzo head Nigo into the fray, we may be seeing a consistent stream of product come out of Beaverton’s relationship with the Americana imprint.

Details regarding the other two colorways of the Levi’s x Air Jordan 3 and release info for this navy edition are scant at the moment, but Jordan Brand confirms this is an authentic first look.
