The Nike Structure Plus Isn’t Your Average Stability Runner

Nike’s new and improved road running lineup keeps expanding with the Structure Plus, a modern stability model built with stronger support, next-gen cushioning, and a rugged design that stands out on the road.

For the first time in the franchise, Nike paired ZoomX with ReactX, giving the Structure Plus a noticeably softer and springier ride while still keeping stability locked in. The upper uses layered mesh and a reinforced heel for secure containment, and the outsole sports wide geometry with plenty of durable rubber for long-term mileage. Stack height comes in at 32 millimeters in the forefoot and 42 millimeters in the heel, the tallest setup ever in the Structure series.

“We saw an opportunity to bring more cushioning and a more fun, energetic ride to stability shoes. That’s where the ‘Plus’ really comes in,” says Ashley Campbell, Expert Product Line Manager, Nike Running Footwear. “With ZoomX foam appearing alongside ReactX for the first time in our Structure line, the Structure Plus delivers a softer, more responsive ride while maintaining the support runners expect.”

The Structure line is one of three core road-running families Nike is championing moving forward, positioned alongside the Vomero and Premium series. Each category includes a numbered franchise model, a Plus version, and a Premium version. With the Structure Plus now revealed, the only piece left to surface is the Structure Premium.

The Nike Structure Plus launches exclusively at running specialty stores worldwide on January 8th, 2026, followed by a wider release through nike.com and retailers on February 5th.
