January kicks things off at a relatively calm pace, acting as a reset after a hectic holiday season that brought us the “Gamma” 11s and “Black Cat” 4s. The month’s biggest release was originally slated to be the “Wolf Grey” 5s, but that retro has since been pushed to February. The spotlight instead shifts to the Air Jordan 9 “Flint,” a 2002 style now returning for its first-ever retro.
Elsewhere in January, fans of the Air Jordan 4 “Military Black” will want to keep an eye out for a new black-and-white AJ4 dubbed the “Flight Club,” inspired by Jordan Brand’s old fan program from the late ’80s and early ’90s.
