Jordan Brand’s “Year Of The Horse” Lineup Adds An Air Jordan 1 Low Method Of Make v3

The Jumpman’s upcoming “Year Of The Horse” collection continues to lasso in silhouettes from all corners of the brand’s catalog. Here we have an animal-inspired take on the quirky Air Jordan 1 Low Method Of Make v3 for women, and dare we say it’s one of the model’s most compelling looks thus far.

The v3 stands out with an elaborate layering scheme akin to the Vomero 5 and other tech runners, but this iteration delivers less of a Y2K aesthetic and more of a brogue-style feel. The outermost layer is made from brown Light Chocolate leather, with the Swoosh given intricate detailing that feels in equal parts traditional Chinese and American southwestern. That cowboy-like aesthetic extends onto a leather tongue as well as the insoles, the latter given stylized Jordan text. The lateral side features a branded Jordan tag in Team Crimson, while a Metallic Gold Chinese New Year-inspired hangtag is included. Underneath it all lies white faux pony hair, adding even more textural depth to an already elaborate design. Underfoot we have a black midsole featuring red contrast stitching as well as a Light Chocolate outsole.

The Air Jordan 1 Low Method Of Make v3 “Year Of The Horse” releases Spring 2026 exclusively in women’s sizing, likely around the start of the Chinese New Year in mid-February. See official images below and visit our Jordan Release Dates page to browse more upcoming pairs.
