The bulbous platform that the Nike Mind series centers on is how that’s accomplished, built of 22 individually flexible pods. In shifting up and down, these are intended to activate “key pressure point areas” and stimulate the brain, additionally ensuring stability on top of its sensory benefits. Obviously, that dovetails well into the pregame mule in the Nike Mind 001, but the Mind 002 provides a more traditional interpretation of the concept, paired with sturdier uppers and an earnest lace system for more consistent everyday wear.
