Indeed, in similar fashion to a “Pink Spark” pair that hit the newswire closer to the very top of the year, the T-toe that’s been synonymous with the silhouette gets a real makeover, given jagged edges and amorphous shapes to better befit a flowery, lace shift in materiality. Pair that with the oversized ribbon laces, and it’s clear that balletcore aesthetics are what this pair has in mind, further developed with glossy synthetic foundations. To make good on that holiday spirit, however, it’s a row of mini heart cut-outs on the tongue, further marking a hallmark of the V-Day festivities earlier seen on a separate Samba.
