If your MLB squad got a new Nike City Connect jersey this season, it looks like the Swoosh has a matching Air Max 1 on deck. Following an Air Max 1 “Padres” inspired by Día de los Muertos, the Atlanta Braves are next up with a colorway rooted in the franchise’s retro powder blue uniforms.

The admittedly grainy images below reveal a white base paired with light blue patent leather on the toe and heel, while a deeper royal shade lands on the Swoosh and interior lining. Atlanta’s cursive branding appears on the tongue, heel, and insoles to round things out. These are directly inspired by the City Connects, itself a nod to Atlanta’s Powder Blue uniforms from the 1980s era.

The Nike Air Max 1 “Braves” is currently listed on the DICK’S release calendar for May 12th at $150. Check back to our Where to Buy section below for purchase links on release day. It’s not clear if/when the other six of the MLB teams with new City Connect jerseys are getting their own Air Max 1 release, so stay tuned for more on that front as the 2026 season continues.
