John Kim Jordan Brand’s push into global football is beginning to take shape, and the upcoming Air Jordan 3 “Brazil” is capturing that energy through the footwear legacy.
Arriving as a commemorative release tied to its newly announced partnership with the Brazil Football Federation, the sneaker marks a pivotal moment for Jordan Brand as it expands its presence beyond basketball and deeper into the world’s biggest sport. With the World Cup on the horizon and a Jumpman logo set to appear on a tournament kit for the first time, the timing for this release couldn’t be more significant as we continue the push into the event later this year.
The execution leans into national identity with rich royal blue uppers, green accents on the Nike Air branding at the heel, and vibrant yellow midsoles; these three complete the trifecta of the country’s signature colors. It extends beyond the flag underfoot via golden opaque outsole as well as soft purple/pink tones along the tongue and collar to subtly reference the country’s iconic coastline and sun-soaked beaches.
Finally, a mini Swoosh is placed at the base eyelet, an uncommon and first-ever addition for the Air Jordan 3 that signals Jordan Brand’s willingness to evolve even its most classic silhouettes.
The Air Jordan 3 “Brazil is currently marked for a May 16th, 2026 release date with an MSRP of $225; stay tuned for an official announcement. More to come on our Jordan Release Dates preview for the month.
