In addition to their massive collaborative capsule with Nike and Jordan for Holiday 2026, they’re continuing a strong union with adidas under the ongoing Do Not Duplicate series that goes beyond simple color-swaps. The retailer is celebrating Go Skate Day with a reimagined take on a classic called the adidas Powerphase Puff; originally a general fitness from the late 1980s, the Powerphase has taken on a skate-inspired reinterpretation, introducing a more durable and heavily padded construction designed to withstand the demands of the sport.
Each colorway features a low-profile build outfitted with an oversized tongue, cushioned collar, mesh underlays, suede and leather overlays, perforated toe detailing, tonal lace sets, and a durable rubber outsole. The exaggerated padding gives the silhouette its “Puff” designation while adding the comfort and protection skaters have come to expect from contemporary footwear. Finishing details include special Do Not Duplicate metal hardware seen on other partnering releases like the EVO SL, further connecting the product to the umbrella’s broader initiative.
The project arrives as part of adidas and APB’s continued effort to spotlight the next generation of skateboarding, because the rollout extends beyond the footwear itself and into a true community activation. To celebrate the launch, APB will host the APB x Revamp Skate Tournament on June 21st at its Charlotte location, featuring cash prizes, food, and an opportunity for local skaters to compete and connect as part of the Go Skate Day festivities.
The EQL draw for the APB x adidas Do Not Duplicate Powerphase Puff Pack opens on June 16th at 1 PM EST and closes on June 18th at 3 PM EST, ahead of the collection’s official release on June 20th at 12 PM EST via APBStore.com and all APB retail locations for $150 USD.
