Sneaker News Harmony Korine’s creative studio EDGLRD is bringing its experimental visual language to Converse. Launching on July 9th, the collaboration features two takes on the iconic Chuck 70: a black Chuck 70 High priced at $100 and a white Chuck 70 Ox retailing for $105. While both silhouettes maintain the timeless construction of the Chuck 70, each is elevated with signature EDGLRD artwork that reflects the studio’s surreal, technology-driven aesthetic.
Founded by acclaimed filmmaker Harmony Korine, EDGLRD has quickly established itself as a multidisciplinary creative collective spanning several corners of culture and media. Its first collaboration with Converse continues that ethos, using the Chuck 70 as a canvas for some surrealistic imagery of a humanoid bunny rabbit on the High and what appears to be a three-headed wolf on the Ox.
