Andrew Rizzo Known in the sneaker world for its 2023 collaboration on the Nike SB Dunk, Los Angeles streetwear brand Born X Raised is taking its talents to Vans with an Authentic collaboration dropping in 2027.
Detailed images of the shoe come to us from a full-scale activation at House Of Vans in Mexico City, a seemingly dope event that feels exactly in line with what you’d expect from the two SoCal imprints. While we don’t have much context behind the shoe beyond the imagery, the design appears to draw from the age-old tradition of customizing your Vans with pen doodles, featuring a collection of graffiti-esque illustrations that wouldn’t look out of place in a composition book. A white canvas upper sits at the heart of the design, joined by black foxing, pre-distressed laces, and co-branded insoles.
No firm release date for the Born X Raised x Vans Authentic has been announced yet, but the official event IG post confirms a 2027 timeline. See detailed images below and stay tuned for updates.
