First Look At The Air Jordan 3 “Utility”

A new spin on classic coloring.

First Look At The Air Jordan 3 “Utility”

The holiday schedule, by way of a sprawling “Space Jam” collection and high-heat retros like the Air Jordan 4 “Bred,” is still very much in front of us at the time of writing. Yet as any collector knows, the sheer amount of attention paid to Jordan Brand’s work means that we assuredly can’t just keep our eyes on what’s right in front of us. Now just a few short months away, we’re thinking 2027 Jordan Release Dates, with one of the first now revealed in the Air Jordan 3 “Utility.”

Of course, when this pair was first leaked, the title indicated some sort of hardy revamp, similar to the Jordan 6 “Utility” that played off of past Travis Scott shoes or the AJ1’s various hardened spin-offs. Though we can squint and see some of that in the dotted fabric that paces the eye-stays and collars, it appears that the nickname was an indicator of the overall palette. Slick black leather pairs with darkened cement print for a shadowy overall profile, though red laces do afford a bit of flair to this design.

The Air Jordan 3 “Utility” releases on January 16th, 2027, retailing for $215. Catch studio images below and keep our coverage close by for any additional updates on this pair.
