Nike Pops Champagne For The 25th Anniversary Of The SB Dunk

Dropping before the end of the year.

Nike Pops Champagne For The 25th Anniversary Of The SB Dunk

Let us be the last to tell you: we’re in a bit of an interesting zone with the Nike SB Dunk and the Dunk in general (see our Chris Gibbs interview for a deeper dive). 2026 has only complicated matters, as Nike SB has turned its gaze away from Peter Moore’s revamped design to focus on other silhouettes entirely; the Nike SB Air Force 1 has gotten much of the marketing, and a shoe like the Nike SB P-Rod 1 has gotten a ton of resources as far as colorways go. But as it comes time to celebrate 25 years, there was no other place to look, as the Nike SB Dunk Low “Champagne” appears via official images.

Through proud green patent leather uppers, the Nike SB Dunk Low “Champagne” makes good on a true-to-life interpretation of its namesake, obviously adapting the tinted glass of a bottle with much of the real estate here. With golden trim on the Swoosh and heel cup, the foil works its way into the mix, and cork insoles are a coy way to really round out the picture. Further into the details, a crested branding patch on the inside heel and an embrace of gothic text overall hammers home the aged aspect lighting this pair.

Elsewhere in the Nike, Inc. empire, we’ve seen somewhat abstract or rangy expressions when it’s come time to celebrate a specific shoe; think of the Air Jordan 5 “35th Anniversary” for a recent example. However, a Jordan Brand product is instructive when dissecting the Nike SB Dunk Low “Champagne,” sharing its name and much of its central cues with the Jordan 6 “Champagne” from 2014. That sort of cross-department synergy is obviously part of the SB Dunk story through the J-Pack, but all things considered, this is likely just a piece of parallel thinking that reaches for the same inspiration.

Though a concrete release date hasn’t been confirmed, we do know that the Nike SB Dunk Low “Champagne” will retail for $130 upon release. A SNKRS launch and a distribution through skate shops is expected. Catch official images below and keep our Sneaker Release Dates page within reach for additional updates.
