This Nike Air Max 90 Subtly Channels All Conditions Gear DNA

This Nike Air Max 90 Subtly Channels All Conditions Gear DNA

Leading up to Air Max Day, all eyes were glued onto the big bubble of the Air Max 1. But with the release of said pair now out of the way, Nike can pay much more attention to the line-up’s several other icons. The Air Max 90, like many other silhouettes, has surfaced in quite a few colorways, some — such as this newly-revealed pair — reminiscent of the beloved ACG sub-label.

Unlike the silhouette’s prior nods to the world of All Conditions Gear, this Air Max 90 keeps its admiration relatively subdued. Much of colorway is predominantly comprised of neutrals, with white and off-white tones applied to the mesh base and suede/leather overlays, respectively. Color then comes in along the sneaker’s many accents: hits of purple mark almost every instance of branding — Swoosh, tongue label, Nike Air, etc. — while tans dress the fixtures adjacent and often immediately underneath.

Enjoy a closer look at this upcoming Nike Air Max 90 via the official images ahead. Though a release date has not yet been revealed, it shouldn’t be too long before we see sizes on Nike.com and at select retailers.
