Nike Air Max 97 OG “Japan” Has A U.S. Release Date

Nike’s original black/volt colorway of the Air Max 97 (endearingly dubbed the “Japan”) released globally last week, but the U.S. consumers were left hanging. According to U.S. retailer Lapstone & Hammer, this OG treat will officially release on November 17th, 2017, so it’s certain that this drop is not exclusive to overseas accounts. In addition to the black/volt, Laptone confirms that the other OG, the royal/volt, is indeed releasing in stores without a firm release date, so expect those at your local retailers soon.
